New designed fully automatic sheet laminator for flush sheet mounting with high accuracy. Suitable carrier sheets of single and double face corrugated board (E-/B-/F- and G-flute etc.) up to 7 mm thick-ness (double-double) BC-flute (open and closed), as well as solid board from 350 gsm upwards – dependent on material quality, with printed sheets from approx. 120 – 800 gsm. Automatic sheet feeding of the carrier and top sheets, automatic stacking system.
Combined with ‘HP-mode‘ – on-the-fly registration without additional mechanical sheet adjustment – suitable for high performances as well.
The combined machine is useful for mounting displays with high accuracy,
as well as single face corrugated board with high production.
3 different modes are possible: sheet adjustment on-the-fly, mechanical
adjustment by use of front- and side lays, only the use of front lay
adjustment.
Available with high pile feeder for the carrier sheets of single face corrugated (B-flute, etc.) for high production.
Single face corrugated sheets could be processed with cross (lying) flutes as well.
Performances:
– ’accurate mode’ up to 3,700 sheets / hour,
– ’HP-mode’ up 10,000 sheets / hour,
– dependent on sheet length, with 2 operators.
